Can I Dilute A Concentrate?

Can I ship concentrate for later dilution? NO. The highest ppm seems to settle at 50 ppm beyond which agglomeration of nanoparticles happens. During the electrolysis process, an electrical charge (Zeta Potential) develops and the water becomes Structured Water.  Consequently diluting this water with other than structured water, even distilled water,  will neutralize the Zeta Potential and lose the colloidal characteristics. Additionally, you could not distill the CS water to make it more concentrated, because the Zeta Potential would not survive distillation or boiling which is a highly assaultive process.  In the case of colloidal gold and platinum, where the ppm is very low, it might work to evaporate (without boiling) much of the water to leave a more concentrated liquid, without destroying the Zeta Potential.
