BULK INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING OF COLLOIDAL SILVER:

There are two approaches to large volume production, such as for bottling plants, agriculture, fish farms, poultry farms swimming pools, fountains, cooling towers. I now have many customers using both.
- Commercial batch process uses one or more large open containers of up to 50 gallons each. Pairs of electrodes hang down into the water and are supported by an insulated bar. An immersible 12-volt pump in each container circulates water.
- Industrial in-line pressurized system using 3-inch diameter plumbing and a circulation pump similar to what is used for a swimming pool. Pairs of electrodes are mounted inside the plumbing and can be easily removed for cleaning and replacement.

For large volumes of 500 liters per day or more, our bulk generator is used similar to the ionizers we sell for swimming pools. To produce high ppm with high quality it would be ideal to have a holding tank with a recirculation pump, similar to a swimming pool.
We have designed an in-line cell chamber that will produce a greater volume. It has up to six simultaneous cylinders, each 3” diameter. Each cylinder has a threaded screw-in replaceable plug which contains two large thick silver electrodes that can be of length 6”, 12”, or 14”. To produce very large volumes we can supply a manifold that will hold several such electrode pairs thus further increasing the surface area. The largest manifold module would be the six-channel.
This inline system can be used for a single pass water supply for a well, farm, home, factory, hospital, or city. Alternatively, a large holding tank could be used to store batches for later bottling. In such a closed-loop system without external water pressure, a recirculation pump would be needed. We supply a suitable 12-volt water recirculation pump which is electrically safer than using powerline voltages in a water-based system and has the added advantage that any 12-volt power source, such as a car battery, would work and is more easily controlled (such as using 9 volts instead of 12 volts) which allows the circulation flow to be diminished.
For drinking water, we use a pair of pure silver electrodes. For swimming pools and washing, we use a pair of electrodes made of an alloy of copper (95%) and silver (5%) which is not ideal for drinking, although copper is a safe and essential mineral.
For large quantities, the bulk industrial generator is preferable and allows for in-line pressurized production. To increase output, as in bulk manufacturing for thousands of liters or in-line continuous production, one would want to increase the area by mounting two or more larger electrodes in linear alignment with each other to form one electrode and another similar pair as the other electrode. For large volumes of 500 liters per day or more, you would need our bulk in-line generator similar to what we sell for swimming pools. To produce high ppm with high quality and quantity, it would be necessary to have a holding tank with a recirculation pump, similar to a swimming pool.
Bulk Manufacturing: To increase output, as in bulk manufacturing for thousands of liters or in-line continuous production, one would want to increase electrode area by mounting multiple pairs of electrodes. For inline manufacture we have been supplying a 2”, 3”, or 4” diameter in-line charging chamber for pairs of electrodes 2” wide and up to 14” in length. However, we now prefer to supply a rectangular canister box enclosure each of which can hold up to 12 electrodes
If one canister is not sufficient for your volume, quality, and ppm requirements, then any number of extra canisters can be added in cascade. The electrodes are mounted as pairs on a detachable quick-connect adapter and can be of any metal. You would then have a detachable quick-connect for each metal pair.
