Meter To Monitor Current Through Electrodes

METER: We have included a digital meter on the front panel of all of our colloidal generators to indicate electrode current in milliamperes passing through the two electrodes. This gives a direct indication of the ability of your water to conduct electricity at a safe level for highest quality, which is 1-2 milliamperes per square inch of electrode surface area. A pair of 2” x 6” colloidal electrodes should receive no more than 10 to 20 mA.   Test the output by shorting the two electrodes together without touching them with your bare hands, due to 100 volts.  The meter will indicate the maximum current capability of the generator = 45 milliamperes for domestic.

Alternatively by applying a multi-meter in the current scale (200 milliamperes) across the electrodes to see what current you are getting. Then turn the control knob up and down. Do you see evidence of the colloidal generator delivering current, such as oxide particle formation, increase in conductivity? If so then continue to use the device.  If not functioning then send it back “Return for Repair under warranty, value $100”  by postal delivery (not by courier, FedEx, DHL, or UPS who will charge us $100 for brokerage fees).
