Both purchaser and seller have a mutual responsibility to persevere, for a reasonable time of at least 90 days, to obtain proper satisfactory performance, function, and results of any product. If you find, after due diligence by both parties, that you are unsatisfied with your instrument, electrodes, and accessories, we will accept it back within 90 days with a retesting, restocking charge of 15% per month which is typical in the industry, provided that the items are not damaged or worn. Refunds would be for the product only and not include shipping costs. Beyond 3 months, we would charge a further 10% per additional month. This charge could be considered equivalent to rental.
