We offer hotline telephone support 12 hours per day, 7 days per week.   We prefer to contact each potential customer directly by phone or email, in order to ensure that you are choosing the best match for your requirements and to answer questions that arise at that time, prior to purchase.

Return Policy

You can return our products and accessories within 30 days of receiving your unit if you are not completely satisfied. You will be refunded the original cost of the unit (less shipping and a 25% restocking charge). All items must be returned clean, undamaged, and untampered.  Return shipping should always have insurance and tracking, and marked clearly on the outside “return for repair under warranty”.

Warranty & Guarantee

The Biophysica Colloidal Generator and accessories are protected against functional and mechanical defects for a period of 3 years. The shipping expenses will be covered by us during the 3-year factory warranty (except for International orders outside North America) All parts and labor will be provided at no expense during the 3 year warranty period.

Shipping

We offer shipping services worldwide via UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS, and USPS (United States Postal Service). You can select a shipping option including “overnight” and “early a.m.” delivery.  All packages are insured against loss, damage, and theft and have a tracking number, and will require a signature to confirm delivery.

We generally ship internationally by Canadian Postal Service (EMS), express or expedited, insured with a tracking number. Shipping by couriers such as UPS, DHL is much more expensive, requires multiple documents, and attracts taxations, duties, customs, brokerage, disbursement fees, etc.  Nothing should be sent without some sort of tracking, otherwise, it is too easy to go missing.

Privacy Policy

Biophysica.com never rents or sells emails to third parties. We honor the privacy of our members and users and do not share user details with advertisers. Biophysica.com honors all email unsubscribe requests and makes every attempt to honor the privacy of its members, viewers, and sponsors.
