In recent decades the world has experienced a number of epidemics such as the Bird Flu, Swine Flu, MERS, and SARS. This trend is approaching pandemic proportions with recent news about the so-called “killer Chinese coronavirus”, or 2019-nCoV, which was recently renamed ‘Covid-19’ by the World Health Organization (WHO). It is very important to investigate methods of mitigating and treating this disease, in addition to, and even beyond conventional microbiology and laboratory vaccine developments. Colloidal silver presents itself as the best way to combat this virus since it can be used effectively as both a remedy and a preventive. Viruses such as the Coronavirus, are very small, sub-microscopic entities that are about 1,000 times smaller than bacteria. Viruses must have a host cell or bacteria in which to live and replicate themselves. They cannot function outside a host cell and are opportunistic in looking for a cell to invade. They can enter the body through the nose, mouth, or breaks in the skin. The Coronavirus preferentially seeks out lung cells.
Upon entering the lung cells, each Coronavirus particle attaches to a host cell and releases genetic instructions into the cell that interact with the host cell’s enzymes to make new virus particles. These newly-created viruses can break out of the cell to roam and infect other parts of the body. Colloidal silver is an effective method of neutralizing and, in fact, killing the Coronavirus. Colloidal silver reacts with the oxygen-metabolizing enzyme in the cell wall, effectively blocking the virus’ ability to receive oxygen. Deprived of oxygen, the self-replicating process of the virus stops, and the virus is, effectively, asphyxiated.
Colloidal silver can be used as a remedy, as described above, in killing the Coronavirus. An effective way of doing this is through inhalation since the Coronavirus selectively seeks lung cells. Colloidal silver water can be used in nebulizers, atomizers, and ultrasonic humidifiers to produce a fine mist of moist, silver-laden air for inhalation into the lungs. Depending on the device, the face and nose can be positioned close to the source of the mist, or special masks and fittings can be worn over the nose to facilitate the delivery of the mist into the nasal passages and the lungs. It is important to breathe deeply and inhale the colloidal silver-laden mist in an effort to kill or mitigate the virus.
Another way to take colloidal silver into the body is by ingestion, or through the mouth. All that has to be done is to take one tablespoon, or 15 ml, of colloidal silver water each morning and night. Allow the silver suspension to stay in the mouth, swish it around, and let it reside under the tongue (sublingually) for at least one or two minutes.
For acute conditions, take the colloidal silver water more frequently. It is important to drink at least six (6) glasses of pure water daily to assist in the elimination of destroyed pathogens.
Colloidal silver water can also be used externally as a preventive measure against the virus. Since colloidal silver water works best when placed in contact with the source of infection, you may spray colloidal silver water directly on cuts, burns, cold sores, open sores, and other lesions. You may also spray it on hands and face, as well as other surfaces, for disinfection. A convenient finger-pump spray bottle is useful for such topical applications.
External applications for colloidal silver water include, among others, the disinfection of endotracheal tubes, masks, wound dressings, handkerchiefs, clothing, and other items through spraying or immersion. In the food packaging process, spraying colloidal silver water helps to extend the shelf life of foods by fighting bacteria around the food. It also disinfects water and other beverages.
Colloidal silver has no adverse contraindications, or side effects, and does not interfere with medicines. Silver-resistant strains of pathogens are not known to develop or exist. Colloidal silver is safe for adults, children, babies, pets, and animals. Many people do not hear about colloidal silver since this remarkable treatment is considered a “natural”, and, therefore, an unpatentable method that is not in the interests of the pharmaceutical industry.
